Hi, I’m robert.
I’m a coach, catalyst, and guide.
I work deeply within and often beyond these roles for the purpose of reclaiming wholeness: both yours and mine.
Perhaps more than anything, I’m a witness, here to skillfully make space for the wisdom, creativity, and meaning that’s just below the surface of your life to emerge.

Everything I’ve done and been in my life has led me to the work I do now.
As a young nature lover and dreamer, I talked to salamanders and whispered my prayers up to the clouds, later finding my way to a deeply rewarding relationship with indigenous teachings and the elements,
My time as an altar boy planted early seeds of mysticism that guided me to the wise teachings of Michael Meade, David Whyte, Francis Weller, and others, and onto my own winding spiritual path.
As a ventriloquist and then songwriter, I played with and developed my voice, eventually mentoring hundreds of people of all ages through creative challenges to find their own voice, too.
Through men’s work, I learned ritual, leadership, and how to be on the right side of masculinity in a polarized world.
Through twelve-step work, I learned humility.
Through breathwork, I learned how to let go and come back home.
Long before I wrote poetry and made films, I saw through the lens of a poet and film-maker: in close-up.
Through story, imagery, and metaphor.
Where other people might see creative or personal blocks, I see the in between, a way through.
Deep listening isn’t so much a skill I’ve learned, as a way of being I’ve tended.
Hearing what’s quiet and hidden, what wants to be said.
I see the macrocosm in the microcosm.
I see the universal in the deeply personal.
I see vulnerability and intimacy as strength.
But whatever knowledge and life experience I have means far less than the knowing that exists within you.
That’s where we’ll go: gently, playfully.
It’s my great privilege and joy to walk with you on this adventure.
