Come Home To Yourself Through Breath
In-person group breathwork to heal, awaken, and reclaim your inner spark.
Most of us, if we’re lucky, take breathing for granted.
The breath comes and goes without much effort or thought.
But the breath can also be a powerful tool.
When shaped and directed with intention and care, the breath becomes energy that moves life— opening, releasing, allowing—making space for your whole self.
WHY DO BREATHWORK?
Quiet your mind. Open your heart. Ground into spirit.
Breathing at a pace that’s different from your typical daily rhythm forces the linear thinking mind to loosen its grip.
Its need for certainty and control softens.
Habits of reaction and thought unwind.
A new space opens within body and mind for feeling and awareness that’s been dormant or repressed to emerge.
Benefits of breathwork include:
Enhanced insight, clarity, or a shift in perspective, perhaps around a difficult memory or challenge
Greater access to creativity, intuition, imagination, and/or a sense of spirit or something larger than/beyond your self
Feelings of grace, forgiveness (for self or other), gratitude, joy, awe, wonder, abundance, beauty, and more
A sense of returning to your true self, reclaiming a part or parts that have been disconnected or lost
Improved vitality, release of stuck or stored emotion, sensations of opening and ease in your physical body

“Breath is the connector, connecting us to atmosphere, and the lungs hug the heart – quite literally...We are safe again to live. Traumas come loose and release. Stress does the same. Old emotions clear. The heart opens because we are suddenly living inside sacred space.”
about expectations…
While we all share the same air, the breath moves within each of us differently.
And, no two breathwork journeys are the same.
Your experience will differ from the people around you, and from one session to the next.
You may experience deep stillness and calm in one session, and a more fiery activation of physical or emotional energy in another.
Insights and sensations may come flooding in, and they may quietly unfold over days or weeks.
You may feel an urge to shake, sing, cry, smile, sing, laugh. You may not feel much at all while energy shifts below the surface.
This is all completely normal and part of the opening and reclaiming experience.
Dates for fall 2026 coming soon. Add your name to be notified by email.
